Dr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Warnborough College, Oxford; a Master of Drama Studies from The Johns Hopkins University; a Licentiate in Applied Drama, Education and a Fellowship in Education Studies, Musical Theatre from Trinity College, London. He is the Headmaster of the Baltimore Actors' Theatre Conservatory and is Musical Director of the Baltimore Actors' Theatre.
